Treatment every two months inside a ground-floor condo. The problem is roaches. Orkin's service may have reduced roaches for a day or two right after the treatment, but they quickly returned. The man doing the treatment told me to call the office. No offer of help or support from the office. So much for Orkin's guarantee! Not recommended for roach treatment.
