The woman who answered the phone (I feel so bad I cannot remember her name) was SO nice and kind, and set things up so fast for me when I discovered we had a wasp infestation in both our front and back yard. Brandon came out early, took care of my house’s issues despite a couple of set backs (my fault, not his!) and took care of them all! They were all so friendly and nice, and handled things fast and professionally! I would recommend them, and use them again, in a heartbeat!

I have not had a great experience with Orkin. Their communication has been awful, and the process has been confusing. This is my first time with bedbugs. I was anxious, freaking out, and wanted to put my trust in a company that were experts in the field so I could take care of them immediately. I called Orkin on August 28th, 2025 to set up an inspection for bedbugs. Thankfully they had someone out next day.
