Evan arrived promptly and listened to my issues. He also explained what the treatment plan would be. Treatment was done quickly. I do not know if the main problem has been solved as treatment was done today. But I can say the wasps are drastically decreased from my front door. Very happy with the treatment as of now.
Once the scheduling department got their notes correct they eventually sent someone out after the third try!!! Twice before we had excuses and was told we were never scheduled for the appointments after giving payment over the phone with their call center. On the final call it was admitted that they DID see the original appointments and had the excuse that the call center booked “ghost” appointments for us.
