Everything was great! The technician was very thorough.
Prompt, friendly, and informative. The techs went to work and was finished in a timely manner. Answered all my questions and was very friendly.
Stated he couldn’t fill bait stations from another company, then came in to say he only found one but he filled it. Put stuff in the report but didn’t address it with me. If you think it’s a problem tell me so I can ask questions while you’re here and get a solution. Several other issues with his statements and actions. I did give 2 stars until I came outside and saw how my crawl space door had a big gap towards the top. I heard him banging on it. We leave by the woods.
