The inspector did not in d pect any thing he just looked in the 3 small rooms my daughter had working spray her house which is the same size for 500 bucks. I was hoping the same or maybe a little more but the inspector said 2000. Why one 500 and the other2000 I don't know but whoever does it it won't be working my regret is paying 109 for a inspection then you can try to charge whatever you want
