I recently signed up with Orkin being told that they could knock down the wasp nests on my second story windows since I have a two story house. I dealt with Chad who was pleasant and told me that that service can be done. That has not been the case with the past two services I received. I called and was told that if the brush can’t reach and there is no way they can get to it, they won’t do it. None of their techs have ladders. I am very pleased with our Orkin experience. My elderly aunt had an issue with roaches it was awful! (I think this happened due to renting out a room to someone) Long story short our Orkin rep Vernon has done and excellent job at clearing the disgusting 🪳 out and he continues to help keep them away!
