Orkin was contracted by my Home Owner’s Association for assistance with what I thought would be humane removal of wildlife from my roof. Today, Orkin came by and was up on my roof because they had caught one raccoon and one possum. Their entrance/exit ladder leans against my dining room window, so I can see them coming and going. I witnessed the Orkin employee tossing the caged animals off of my roof down to the ground, and I watched as the cages bounced as they hit the ground.
