CR is a wonderful inspector. He is genuine, loves his job, and is a real peoples person....what you see is what you get. He would do anything for you.
A phone call before you decide to come on the property would be more professional than a text. Shows a lack of integrity or respect. You might even find out you’re not needed for the day and that may be the real reason you don’t call first. Gotta cash that check lol.
I was ao looking forward to continuing business with Orkin. They were so good in Missouri. If I could give the Champaign office zero stars, I would. I have had 3 appointments, and no one has ever showed up. You cannot call the local people, just the national call center. They don't want to schedule anyone to come look at your property and design a program to fit your needs and your property. They just want you to sign up for one size fits all.
