Great customer service.
Update: I'm changing my 5 start review to a 2 star. After 3 appointments we canceled our service. The first gentle did a fantastic job. The second one used so much spray we couldn't enter our home for 8 hrs and it still smelled strongly of chemicals when we woke up the next morning. The last person barely did anything and told us he couldn't do the same thing the other 2 guys did (pull out my stove and fridge as I'm not strong enough to get them out but I can push them back) and he was there less than 5 minutes.
