The technician got there.There was no messing around.He took a look around explained stuff to us.Clearly, we left, he got right to work.Excellent, excellent service.Recommend them to everybody
When they did subpar work at removing guano from my attic etc per our agreement, I called them out to fix it. They came out right away, but still didn't complete it to satisfaction. I called them to come back for a third time to actually complete the job the right way, but they have apparently deemed me a "problem customer." They keep promising to get back to me, and they don't. They funally scheduled me for today-- then they didn't show. Orkin is fine for maintenance work, but apparently bad for big jobs. I have been a cust... read more
