Was using a different company for years, finally decided that a switch was necessary and we haven't looked back since. Staff and crew is incredible, if touch ups are necessary they don't hesitate. Communication is clear and effective and their work is impeccable. Highly recommend
Found ants in my home, they came out and said I have rodent activity in my attic so we agreed to treat my whole house for over 4k for ants and a rodent problem. I was told by an inspector that it wasn't an active rodent problem. My house was treated one month ago now today, ants again. We're paying so much money that I don't think we needed to pay. In addition they used termite treatments that kill these ants but I had my house treated for termites by them so if it kills ants why do I have ants?
Told between 8am-10am with a 30 minute heads up. I called at 9:35 and was told they have until 10am to show up with no ETA. Got a call at 10:15 what a joke. I don't even live at the house needing service. Total waste of my time! So much for the trusted name!
