Update: I spoke to the regional, she remedied the situation fast and effectively. Now I am back on the schedule and we spoke about my incident. All of a few clicks and things were fixed and without issue. So I’ve had Orkin for well over a year now. And they’ve been wonderful my technician Stephen absolute upstanding guy.
