Orkin is the best experience I have ever had with a company all of there services are done correctly and met my needs!
Michael Hernandez was very pleasant and professional. He not just did what the service calls for...he took time to explain the what's and the why's. It is nice to know there is someone who not just knows their business, but is passionate enough to teach and care about the customer.
Disappointing is an understatement. I signed up for service here after using Orkin in Florida. We recently moved to the KC area and thought things would be seamless. TLDR: They were not. Starting with the service, my issues were spiders and ants primarily. Since Orkin first showed up the problems have gotten worse so I had to hire another company to manage the problem. I was at my wits end and decided to give Orkin a try. It’s the best decision I have ever made. I’m comfortable in my home again. Michael, AJ, and Keith are very professional, thorough, and personable.
