Orkin is a sham. Worst service ever. The technician they sent my home was awful, didn’t do his job, made nasty comments, I called for another technician at least a dozen times and was promised corporate would be in touch. Worst service or business experience ever. I do not recommend. At all. I want my money back, I feel like this is a scam. I am going to file a claim with my bank if they don’t refund me.

The Orkin technician finally showed up 45 minutes late (no text, no phone call), and then sprayed the perimeter for ants, but never came inside to set mouse traps or collect dead mice. Didn’t even ring the bell. I called Orkin and was told that he would contact me and come back. Never heard another word.
