I needed help with hornets…a lot of them. He came down and he asked a lot of questions. Once our conversation winded down, as we discovered where they were coming in from, he went right in and suited up and got right to work. Very satisfied at his work ethic, and his explanations for the questions that I asked. Great in all things. I truly appreciated his knowledge and diligence in this matter. In short, his work was awesome and if I ever have this issue again I hope that he is the one I deal with.

I would give zero stars if it could. I had an Orkin tech come out on the 3rd of September to get rid of yellow jackets in my bathroom. I am still finding yellow jackets live in my bathroom. I have been calling for four days trying to schedule a follow up to get rid of them and no one has gotten back to me. I have called the branch number, the corporate number, tried to schedule something online, and I’m getting no response. I am beyond frustrated.
