The Orkin professional, Jonathan, was courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He was kind and patient, and he offered helpful directives to ensure the safety of my household as the removal of a very large yellow jacket nest with hundreds of wasp residents was going to take more than one visit.

Arrived on time and carefully took time to assess and apply pest control to our mud wasp infestation.
Had our initial treatment today which included treatment for yellow jackets nesting in my exterior siding. I was impressed with the equipment used for the treatment! (Bee Pole) which extended 20 ft to the nest. The technician Johnathon was very pleasant and answered all questions I had and fully explained what the appointment would entail. Overall, I was pleased with the service and would recommend to interested parties!
