Had an appointment to remove a nurse when I got there they told me they couldn’t remove it, but they would have to come back cause they didn’t have the right equipment
The service person came the day after I requested service. He was prompt & explained what he planned to do today & in the future as well as the cost. I have confidence that the problem will be eradicated!
The technician was very polite, professional, and punctual. He clearly knew what he was doing and took the time to explain everything to me. I really appreciated his thoroughness and great attitude. Excellent service from start to finish!
I have yet to get into contact with the Berlin location. When I called customer service they too had trouble reaching anyone. I don’t believe that phone line is connecting properly. It rings then asks you to leave a message and no one ever calls back. I can’t get into contact with anyone and based on the nature of the business it does not make me feel comfortable.
