I can’t leave enough negative reviews. I have a monthly service because last year I found bugs I thought were termites so I set up traps and a monthly service. Two of their “pros” told me they don’t think they are termites but we set up the traps anyway and I get sprayed quarterly. Fast forward a year later, I find them again so I schedule an appointment to get them taken care of. Orkin personnel have always worked with me to schedule appointments that meet my needs. Yesterday’s technician was bright, personable and efficient. A former Spanish teacher, I conducted the visit totally in Spanish, which was a treat for both of us.
