Both Alex, who did the home inspection and Adam, who did the first service were great. They were extremely knowledgeable and personable!
Nathanial Jude is amazing and conscientious
On hold with “cancelations” for over a half hour. Still on hold. Can’t modify my appointment, which I never made. Customer service agent insisted they call me back for a potential appointment because I said no. I messed I’m and said call me Friday. I now have an appointment for Friday for my first service that I never said yes to or verified. Can’t modify because you are obligated to have an account number which only comes on a service slip.
