Appointment was scheduled very promptly. Technician arrived within the slotted window timeframe , was well dressed, very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was going to do. Very friendly making me Feel comfortable and That the situation would be taken care of.
Expensive and terrible service. I have been trying get through to our sales manager for a week now. No calls back.
