A scam- they placed sticky pads all over my house without telling me they were doing so. I thought I threw them away upon him leaving, but I missed one. My pet got stuck to one I did not see. I canceled my subscription and asked to speak to a manager who never called. Then I just got charged 112 when no one ever came to my house for the second visit- bc I CANCELED my membership.
