He was on time and efficient! Went above and beyond to get into every nook and cranny.
I have been with Orkin for the last year. The person they sent out to handle the service was excellent and a great guy. This is sadly the only positive from my time with them. The customer service is absolutely dreadful. I repeatedly had to tell them to only schedule on the weekends as I had a dog that would need to be brought in so they could do the backyard and I was unavailable during the week, yet every time my scheduled service came up I was notified it would be during the week at which point I would have to take the ti... read more
