Never answer the phone when I called (multiple times of day, multiple days of the week)! Only time I’ve ever talked to them in the phone was when they called me (3 times) and every time it was them asking if they could reschedule. Never signed a contract with them but yet they still charged my card (given during initial setup for new customer fee) for a monthly “service fee” as if I had signed a contract (fraud). Communication is not there. I have to call multiple times to schedule my appointments, there’s times they don’t pick up the phones during business days. And information is not being relayed properly I tried to add service and when I called I was told they never received the information , after already signing papers.
