Aside from having to go through a call center AI, and talking to a call center guy as opposed to the actual office I would be dealing with, the experience was painless. Slightly expensive and they really want you to do a subscription, but so far what they did has worked great. Update: Their spray they use isnt good once it dries. Outdoor where they sprayed their were bugs crawling around within 2 hours. Will be calling to cancel service, doesnt seem like what they have is strong enough for a place out in the country.
