Very kind and knowledgeable person. Seems to have done a thorough job and is willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
I had a little flea scare, so I called Orkin and Andrea was able to get me an appointment for the very next morning! Chris was very nice and extremely helpful. He got it done very quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is worried about pests!
Disappointed with the lack of follow-through. My mother contacted Orkin to treat a cricket problem in her house. She was told it would take two visits, and she paid in full. The team came once, but the second visit never happened. Even after several calls, no one returned, and we received no clear update or apology. I hope Orkin can improve their reliability and customer communication, as we expected better.
