Aside from having to go through a call center AI, and talking to a call center guy as opposed to the actual office I would be dealing with, the experience was painless. Slightly expensive and they really want you to do a subscription, but so far what they did has worked great. Update: Their spray they use isnt good once it dries. Outdoor where they sprayed their were bugs crawling around within 2 hours. Will be calling to cancel service, doesnt seem like what they have is strong enough for a place out in the country.
Randall was very pleasant. He checked mouse traps as needed. The weather is warm and sunny, time to prevent bugs outside frim coming in, spraying outside.. We appreciate you. Thank you, Randall!
