Found termite droppings (what we thought to be) on our enclosed porch. Called one company and they came out. Wasn't a good first impression. But, called ORKIN and had such a great experience. Brodrick came out and did a thorough inspection (attic as well), confirmed drywood termites. He was very pleasant and took his time explaining the process (No tenting - yes). Thorough and good with dogs. Have had orkin for over 40.years. my parents have never used any other service. The man who used to service our home almost 35 years ago got cancer and died which was so sad bc we really liked him. He was part of our family.
