I usually don’t do surveys or reviews but Shannon has been the best, ever, since we had Orkin servicing our home. Shannon, was polite, courteous, had all her tools ready, explained things, and took her time not only inside but outside the our home. Thank you so much Shannon. Shout out to Doug and Shannon. I do also appreciate the first POC call to call center to explain options for fleas treatment. Pam and Jason reinforced the explanation as there were a few options. I admit I was frustrated navigating the followups which required bigger guns but once I was under full explanation, we seem to have eradicated the fleas.
