My technician was very informative and understanding to my concerns. He was quick and thorough.
We pay for regular orkin monthly services, but when we have an actual wasp infestation (their services don’t prevent) they quoted us an additional $650 for them to take care of it. That’s on top of our monthly service payments. What good is paying for a regular subscription/service if we have to pay so much out of pocket when it’s actually needed? Pretty sure we’re going to cancel their services and find a different company moving forward.
