Very professional and thorough. Edward always does a great job for us. It’s been a long time since we’ve had a bug problem. Very satisfied with the service.
We had some u identified tiny bugs invade our bedroom window. We placed a call to the “other” exterminators and Orkin. The “other” guys still haven’t called us back and Orkin came the next day! They treated the issue and contacted a pest inspector who will be visiting in one day. Our technician, Mark was very prompt, courteous and efficient. Would highly recommend!
The tech was kind, courteous, and very respectful of my home. He took the time to explain what it was that he was going to do and what we could expect in the future.
