I have a termite policy with this place. I have a no Soliciting sign on my door. They sent 2 people to do my inspection then they solicited and pressured me to put insulation in my attic. I have come to realize they should have never have even asked me or pressured me to put that in my attic. I regret going with this company for termite control because they don't follow Virginia law and no soliciting sign. I have 100% buyers remorse.

I was with Western Pest for years before Orkin bought them out. I stayed with Orkin only because they picked-up my Termite contract from Western Pest. Orkin provided Bug Service (Pest Control Quarterly), Termite Protection, and Mosquito/Tick Spraying. Prices were on par with other companies. But what I liked was that many Western Pest employees remained with Orkin after the buyout. But over the years, they are all gone and Orkin is a shell of the previous company.
