We recently had a bug treatment completed and the service exceeded expectations. The technician (Darnell Holloway )was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain the entire process so we understood what to expect before and after treatment. Darnell was very attentive to detail, carefully inspecting key areas and making sure nothing was overlooked. Tyrone called ahead and arrived promptly. He informed us what he was going to do and got quickly to work. In addition to the kitchen and bathrooms to exterminate ants, he sprayed other areas where ants would enter- the foyer, and garage. Two days later, no ants. We like Orkin’s warranty for them to come back within 30 days if we see ants.
The tech, Dominic was very good, notified us when he arrived. Performed the service to our satisfaction.
