He did a good job
If I could post a zero (0), I would. An elderly relative called Orkin for a single issue. Instead of simply addressing the issue at hand, Orkin sent an “inspector” out and said $5,000 in preventive measures were needed to address a problem that does not exist and unrelated to the original appointment. This lengthy, unwanted attempt to upsell their services created enormous and unnecessary stress for an elderly homeowner.
I had given a rating of 5 for the technicians. But since terminating service, I would give a rating of 1 or below for Orkin. This is because of difficulty to receive explanation for duplicate charging for services. I cannot see my account anymore at the Orkin site, and am still waiting for the details of why I am getting billed for payments already made.
Very friendly and helpful with explaining the services that was provided.
It was great, very professional and knowledgeable.
