The Orkin pro, John Eichler, was excellent! He was very thorough and professional. He completed the inspection and advised me of his findings. He was very kind and personable. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone needing pest control services.
My Appointment was scheduled between 2-4. Technician called 4:39pm saying he would be a little late. Its now 7:06 pm and no one has shown up. Im not happy about it.
The technitition is always courteous and concerned that we have all the insects controlled to my satisfaction.
