If I could leave a zero star I would. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experience. I was quoted $803 plus an extra 4% off for the whole year of service because I was paying upfront for the year. The service guy gets here and they wouldn’t give me service for the amount I was quoted. He called his office and she quoted me another amount which was higher over the phone. He was at my house for 45 minutes while I was on hold waiting for the amount they quoted me to be approved. After my year is up I’ll be looking for a be... read more
