These folks took advantage of my elderly mother and signed her up on payment plan at 21% interest when she was completely capable of paying total charge up front. Very unethical.

Beyond Amazing Customer Service, the commercial technician, I wont say his name but it is like with Brian with a silent B, that serviced my wifes restaurant, was not doing a very thorough job, we let them know they immediately rectified the situation and got us a new Technician, that is doing an amazing job...It definitely proves you get what you pay for.... dont go the cheap route to save a penny, believe me its not worth it...
