Service has continued to get worse. We had one competent person come in out of all of them. Never there in a timely manner, been a nightmare getting ahold of anyone, and getting anything done has been like pulling teeth. I give one extra star because of Johnathan. He did well. Update horrible company. We got a 1 year service contract and they are not willing to fix a infestation that came back because of there crap job and they said because we were cleared for thirty days then its no longer valid. Orkin has been here 4 times and we are still seeing roaches.
In June of 2025 we had cockroaches really badly and we started using orkin. When we moved in November 2025, we used orking for a few more visits and no longer had any cockroach activity. Today was our last service call and my overall experience with Stephen as our orkin pro has been exemplary. Thank you orkin for making our home bug free
