It was are first inspection and service but they were quick to set up a time and even came early to the appointment. Overall a great experience.
I have been an Orkin customer for 25+ years. Their service for termite yearly inspection has not been consistent. I have had to contact them several times over the years to remind them to do my inspection. It seems last year I did not contact them and they dropped my service. Now to reestablish this would cost me over 5,700 dollars…. Because I did not initiate the contact even though I had a contract with them. They dropped the ball. I will be dropping all services with Orkin. Poor customer relationship on their part.
