Exterminator was polite and efficient. Took time to make sure that he was doing his best to satisfy our needs. Best service that we have experienced in a long time.
He was very professional and thorough and completed everything in the rain. I kind of felt bad for him that he had to do this in the rain, but he did an excellent job and I greatly appreciate him.
Terrible experience. It all started well And then everything went downhill. They weren’t making their time windows, Or always getting there right at the last minute. My second to last service, I was given a window of 8 to 10 AM, At 9:59 the tech pulled up To my street and I could see him from my door window. We live out in the country and had a horrible ant problem. Everyone from Orkin has been so friendly and professional from the very first call. After just the second visit, we noticed a huge difference—almost like the ants just packed up and left. It’s such a relief to finally feel like we’re winning this battle. Highly recommend!
