A wonderful job the gentleman that came out to our house was 100% friendly professional and seem to really know his job!
Problem has not been resolved. I pay monthly but they come every other month. They had an appointment to come out and never showed up. I pay 200 per spray for nothing
I've had Allstate coming for 2 years and the bug problem got worse. I finally hired Orkin, the technician was polite and answered my questions and let me know more about the bugs we were dealing with and it's been 4 days and I've already noticed a considerable change. I can open my cabinets without having bugs fall on me.
They treated my 90 year old mother's home abysmally. Not only did they not do what they promised getting rid of rodents but they were told in December to cancel her account because of it. They said she would receive a refund for her eft payment but she has still not received that refund and now they're sending warnings that her account is past due. Save yourself the problem. Thinking a smaller pest business might do a better job.
