Mostly professional and proficient but had some issues with management updating our account with critical treatment details that affect the service and effectiveness of treatments. I think Bridget got it fixed today, so all good!
Horrible experience and this company does not hold up their side of the contract or deal have called and spoke to them MULTIPLE times and was told they would make it right and never did was paying for these services and never saw any kind of improvement had to take matters into my own hands they never showed back up to do the actual inspections and part of the services I paid for saying oh we will send someone out or this manger will reach out nothing EVER
