The Tech was, courteous, professional, timely, knowledgeable and cared about the Moth infestation I have. He said he was new but I would have never known. He is an asset to the company. I pray my issue is resolved. He did consult with another Pro.
Good evening. The tech was okay, but I had to ask him to put rodent traps in a couple of places, he seemed rushed. He did not make me feel he had our best interest at heart.
