Garbage company. Scheduled them to come out for service as a new customer and they never showed. That’s disrespectful towards my time. If I didn’t show up to an appointment, you’d probably charge me a cancellation fee. When I called to cancel service and get my information removed, the girl didn’t even care. In fact, she picked up the phone and then put me on hold and then picked it up again. Anyway, you will not get my business. Trash.
I scheduled an inspection for bed bugs. I asked what it would cost to have the bed bugs exterminated and the woman told me that it would depend on the inspection. I paid over $100 for the inspection only to find out that they have a FLAT RATE for bed bugs. Their flat rate is $2,500. This is information they could have given me before they came out. Had I known it was $2,500 I would not have paid for an inspection because my 92-year-old Aunt can not possibly afford that. Because they withheld this information I was unable to ... read more
