Garbage company. Scheduled them to come out for service as a new customer and they never showed. That’s disrespectful towards my time. If I didn’t show up to an appointment, you’d probably charge me a cancellation fee. When I called to cancel service and get my information removed, the girl didn’t even care. In fact, she picked up the phone and then put me on hold and then picked it up again. Anyway, you will not get my business. Trash.
I scheduled an inspection for bed bugs. I asked what it would cost to have the bed bugs exterminated and the woman told me that it would depend on the inspection. I paid over $100 for the inspection only to find out that they have a FLAT RATE for bed bugs. Their flat rate is $2,500. This is information they could have given me before they came out. Dangerous Driver….License plate number Tyz 1917 white coupe Orkin vehicle just cut me off driving down 1518 near 1604. 2.8.25 8:30am Then proceeded to speed down a construction site and beyond going over 15 miles over the speed limit. If this is the reflection of your company on the roads, why would someone see your advertising on this vehicle and say I want their services?
