They were able to come first thing the next morning and took care of the nest we knew about and one we didn’t! Fantastic service, Dennis was super friendly and knowledgeable. We’re excited to be able to play outside with the kids and not worry!
The gentleman who came to my house today was very nice and knowledgeable. He was even very friendly to my overly bouncy dog! Took a look around and then started his work. Only reason for a loss of star was coming at the very end of the 2 hr window and that there was some confusion on the service I had ordered.
Horrible! Orkin came out to deal with a pest problem a year ago. Problem reappeared this year. I called about a dozen times to get a technician to come out again. Left messages and no one called back. Finally got hold of someone who said I would receive a phone call to schedule a visit. No phone call. Then the technician shows up when I'm not home. I call again and am told I'm not on the 'autocall list' which is why I didn't receive a phone call. No one had mentioned the 'autocall list' before. I ask to be put on the list an... read more
Awful service and communication Boxes left open and traps unchecked but their work orders claim they check them all and replace everything... company is a joke
