I can’t say enough about my tech, Raymond Watson. He’s great, personable, works with you and he does his job well. The one thing I’m not big on is getting a text stating that my tech will be there the next day, on 3 occasions I was out of town, Raymond was kind enough to give me a contact number so I can call him directly and schedule when I’m back in town, he’s always accommodating.
