I’m not feeling confident about trusting Orkin right now. They offered a free attic inspection — and I later learned they also do free crawl space inspections. The technician, Chris, came out, went up into the attic, and came back down with several photos. When I asked him to email the pictures to me, he said he would. I’ve made that same request twice to the office since then, and I still don’t have the photos.
