Brendon was very efficient and also helped calm down some of my concerns that I was having. I think he could tell that I was very anxious about everything and he was amazing about explaining everything he was doing and preventing. Definitely would recommend them!

This company is scamming people out of their money. Although Brendon has always been kind when providing service, the office is horrible. I’ve called multiple times asking for a record of my contract that I agreed to and corresponding invoices, I have both my primary residence and rental property serviced by Orkin. I spoke to a lady once who assured me she was emailing it over and I never received it. They have increased their charges significantly with no notification, and charged me for visits at my rental property that th... read more
