I had a great experience with Orkin. The service was excellent from start to finish, and Ms. Jones was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and friendly attitude. Because of the outstanding service I received, I would definitely recommend Orkin to my family and friends.
The man came was knowledgeable, but did not have the equipment. He came back a week later, but too little too late. We were badly infested and there was no urgency to take care of it. They were hired by Bradford apartments.
