I signed up for a one-time termite treatment. Somehow I was put on a renewal plan, despite being upfront the entire time that I would be moving and not at the service address after the 1 treatment. Now I have been receiving phone calls, texts, and emails for 5 months, including a $696 renewal bill, despite me telling Orkin representatives multiple times that I do not live at the address anymore, never signed up for a renewing termite plan, and have no interest in ever using Orkin again after this.
