Didn't do most of the work on the signed work order for termites even after 3x visits. I have cameras and reviewing them was upsetting. A 6" trenching around perimeter doesn't mean dragging a boot heel across the sand every so often. Didn't clean mud tubes or treat from the inside where the swarm came in. Didn't inspect anywhere else inside the house and I had a huge swarm after they left on the completely opposite side of the house from the initial swarm. Great service, I had Matthew Lacher come to my home and he gave me alot of useful information about the pests I was dealing with. He did a very thorough job of treatment in my home and it was an overall great experience.

Very good communication and service man was extremely nice and cleaned everything up as he went
