The gentleman that came listened to all my concerns and answered all of my questions. He made me feel very confident in choosing this company. He went above and beyond with his professionalism and spent time and paid great attention to detail. He was very careful in keeping the inside of my home clean and was very neat about how he placed bait. I will definitely be using this company for a while.
The technician who came out to take care of a yellow jacket nest in my attic was very professional and polite. He inspected the area, told me what he was going to do to eradicate it and then he took care of it quickly. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Moreover, Orkin will return it in a couple of weeks to ensure that the problem is completely eradicated.
