As always We are very pleased with the services Y’all provide. The gentlemanis was very courteous and professional and took care of Our home to assure all issues were addressed.
Although the technician was eager and willing to complete the request, he was not equipped to complete the hornet’s nest properly. He did not have protective gear. None of the hoses and sprayers would reach. This is true even after I brought out my ladder (since he did not have one on his ladder rack). I primarily sprayed the nest myself using store bought products, from a second story window. Once I saturated the next, he knocked it down, but did not remove any of the nest that fell.
