Repeat customer who has used Orkin to take care of some wasp issues. Very friendly and responsive to my concerns. Called on a Monday and they were able to comes Wednesday.
Had roaches service for 3 years. Not getting better but disaster. Roaches everywhere in the house now. Called customer service nobody cares. Worst service ever

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Where do I begin? You can’t get a hold of anyone via the phone or email. When you leave a voicemail, no one calls you back. My husband emailed the manager directly, they didn’t respond but finally had someone else call back rather than handling the issue themselves. When you sign up for a simple service they send someone to your house to try and upsell you to an $8,000 Orkin shield.
