My Orkin service was great, would definitely recommend for pest control.
I first had a bad experience with the technician who came to my house for only 3 minutes and sprayed the exterior for ants and mosquitoes. A week later, I didn’t notice any difference. I’m one not to call and complain but I got in contact with Jennifer from Northeast Orkin and she was very apologetic and very helpful. I called her several times about the technicians work performance and she understood my concern and wasn’t bothered. She had the manager come out the very same day and he took care of the issue.
