I’m actually surprised by all the good reviews, this company is terrible. We were scheduled for a 10am-12pm arrival window on a Saturday the guy didn’t show up until 2 hours after 12pm. We didn’t receive a call or text that he would be running late, nothing. We ended up calling them to find out what time the exterminator would be here and the guy who answered the phone his name was Cody he was so rude, he made us feel like we were the problem for the exterminator being 2 hours late. Agent was courteous and professional, as well as knowledgeable concerning my issue. He answered all of my questions politely and was all around pleasant.
