Muy mala experiencia, no vienen el día acordado, te cobran 3 veces el precio original sin motivo alguno, no dan explicaciones del por qué sube tanto el precio, no dan contrato físico hasta que lo pides. Un total de 26K mas un 18% de interes. Very bad experience. They don't show up on the agreed-upon day, charge you three times the original price for no reason, give no explanation as to why the price is so high, and don't provide a physical contract until you ask for it. A total of 26K plus 18% interest.
Mr. Richard was very nice and thorough! We live right by the woods near the swamplands, so we get our share of pests. I’m glad we chose ORKIN. We haven’t had any issues yet!
Companies falsified termite inspections I’ve had a contract with Orkin for over 5 years for both termites and spraying. They have lied about coming out for the last two years for termites while falsifying that they did. They also are VERY unprofessional when it comes to bud treatments, as they will contact you with less than 24 hours notice, if they contact you at all. I would avoid this business at all cost.
