The whole time I used orkin they never worked with me with scheduling. I needed them to come o. Monday's so I could be home so they could come in my home. I would call. I would be told that they would come on a Monday yet then I would receive notice with different day and date.....I had a dead mouse in my home for 4 months because they would not come on a Monday ( I worked , Monday was my day off). I felt ignored. I called repeatedly about this issue. So not very happy over all.
I have been trying to call orken for a revisit because as of a week ago I still can't see millipods and centipedes and I cannot seem to get through even though I have waited on the phone for over an hour several times. I am very disappointed with the telephone service.But the people who have come here to help me have been very good and I hope somebody will get back to me and reschedule a visit without charge.Because it was just one week ago that I had a visit inside to remove those kinds of insects
Not worth wat they want they don't get mouse out
