Absolutely Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond! I was in full-blown panic mode at 4 AM on a Thursday night/Friday morning when I realized I had a mouse infestation in my apartment. I didn’t want to wait—I needed help immediately. I called a few companies, and while Terminix told me I’d have to wait days, Orkin said, “Give us your info, and we’ll have someone there between 12 and 2 PM the same day.” That was all I needed to hear—I signed up on the spot. You can never get them on the phone at this local branch. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks. You always get routed to main customer service. Changed service technicians 3 times. On a two month plan. They scheduled LATE for 3 months and then didn’t show up. I would NOT recommend this branch. I have cancelled my service.
Orkin did a great job. Our technician, Jose, was wonderful and very kind. He was also sympathetic to our situation. He even did extra work to add more protection to our basement. I must have called 7 places and Orkin was the best price, used the best quality products and was fast and efficient. They have my business moving forward, for sure!
