I have been a very good customer for 5 years, but this past year has been awful with regards to booking appointments. The people answering the phones are unable to book or reschedule my next service and send messages to the local office that never call me back. I have asked to speak to a supervisor to help me, and no one calls me back to resolve my booking issue which is quite frankly unacceptable. I have called, texted and emailed with no response. Third service! First time exceptional! Second and today I was texted with arrival time that were not even close! Between 8-10 AM does not mean Noon! I'm not sure i will use your service in the future as you fail to be here when stated! No problem with the people doing the service but whoever schedules appointments is inept!

The field agents are fantastic (five stars), but the Orkin scheduling system is plagued by an incredibly bad bureaucracy that is plain hostile to the customer. They scheduled me for external bait monitoring in the fall, even though I had previously agreed with a representativethat the fall service is external and internal servicecombined, as it is supposed to be every year (both external bait and looking at the basement of the house).
