Poor communication on the administrative side. I called to reschedule, but they never contacted the technician so he showed up anyway. The job I paid for wasn't completed because the technician at the time didn't have all the supplies but they never returned to complete the job and the admins didn't return my call to reschedule. I also scheduled online twice, and neither appointment was kept - no shows. Company very unreliable. We scheduled service for bees nests in bad places with a family member already having been stung 20x. Spoke to 800 number 4 times, each time assuring me the appointment was scheduled and I would hear from the local office. My husband took the scheduled day off of work to be there. When the woman from the Hingham office finally called, she politely apologized for all the miscommunications that happened on their end and told me I had no idea the chaos at their office.
