Overpriced with poor communication and customer service. My 88-year-old mother called Orkin regarding rodents in her basement ceiling. The inspector checked the property and sold her an expensive package to seal, sanitize, and replace insulation in the attic, claiming there were no entry points or signs of nesting anywhere else. I have called orkin for inspection got charged $120.00 dollars and a tech professional came out the next day then she told me that she can spray my whole house inside and out the stuff she has in her vehicle. I know it was a lie and the lady told me that they can charge me additional $45.00 dollars to come out to spray for the first treatment.
